With an output of 245 kg of ice in 24 hours and dimensions of 559 mm x 600 mm x 660 mm, it is ideal for use in the catering industry. The machine is air-cooled and uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290. Nugget ice is the perfect solution for cooling drinks quickly and permanently. It has a uniform consistency and is particularly suitable for the catering industry. The pencil-thick nuggets have a size of 8 x 8 x 12 mm or 16 x 25.4 mm. Nugget ice is made from pressed ice that is produced in a vertical stainless steel evaporator. A screw conveys the ice upwards, where it is pressed and formed by a perforated disc. Thanks to the particularly efficient production process, almost all of the water used is converted into ice.
