This nugget ice maker offers flexible options and convenient functions for different requirements and production quantities. With an output of 135 kg of ice in 24 hours and dimensions of 559 mm x 600 mm x 660 mm, it is ideal for use in the catering industry. The machine is air-cooled and uses the environmentally friendly refrigerant R290. Nugget ice is the perfect solution for cooling drinks quickly and permanently. It is characterized by a uniform consistency and is particularly popular in the catering industry. The pencil-thick nuggets have a size of 8 x 8 x 12 mm or 16 x 25.4 mm. Nugget ice is produced in a vertical stainless steel evaporator, with a screw conveying the ice to the head of the cylinder, where it is pressed and pushed through a perforated disk. Thanks to the economical production process, almost the entire amount of water used is converted into ice. The nugget ice makers from our range are particularly easy to handle and clean. They are available in versions with integrated memory or as modular models without memory.
