About the author: Klaus St. Rainer is one of the best-known bartenders in Germany and a true expert in his field. She has been working in the catering industry since 1986 and opened the award-winning "Golden Bar" in Munich's Haus der Kunst with Leonie von Carnap in 2010. In addition to international training courses and his work as a juror at competitions, he also sells his own bitters and tonic water.
